Our viewing trips are an excellent way to narrow down your
search for the perfect Spanish property. Included in the price
of your trip are your flights, high quality 3* or 4* Star
Hotel Accommodation, breakfast each day at
your hotel and a private chauffeur transfer to and from the
airport. The viewing of properties will be at a pace to suit
you and a member of our team will be on hand to accompany
you. You may also wish to take advantage of the free mortgage

Relaxed
& flexible viewing arrangements to suit you needs
When you arrive at the airport a chauffeur will meet you and
drive you to your hotel (alternatively we can organise
car hire on your behalf). After time to settle in you will
then be met by a member of our team who will provide you with
any information you may need and discuss your itinerary with
you. You may wish to initially tour parts of the region, indeed
many of our clients find this an excellent way of getting
to know the area and it often takes time to find the town
or place you like the most, but, if you describe what you
are looking for we can usually find it. Hopefully, within
the first day you will begin homing in on the area that best
suits your requirements. Alternatively, you may already know
where you are interested in buying so we can begin viewing
suitable properties as soon as you are settled in.

How
long is a viewing trip?
Our
standard viewing trip is 4 days in length although we are
entirely flexible. It may take you anything up to two weeks
to find the property you are looking for and if you prefer
you can take advantage of our cut price weekly villa rental
rates if you would like to stay a bit longer.
Will I be subjected to any pressure to buy?
Our viewing trips are more about informing you than
selling to you - we hope that one of our network of partners
has a property that exactly matches your needs. We cover the
entire Costa Blanca Region region and our network covers approximately
75% of all of the properties on the market so there is a very
good chance we have the property to suit you. And don’t
forget with us you have the added security of knowing you
are paying the lowest price on the market!
